We Can Train Your Users - -

We are fully capable of producing written training materials, complete with screen-shots and detailed instructions. We do not like to cover each and every menu item, but we will dwell upon the more important ones to get your employees started.

We can use these material in a classroom setting, and do an actual training presentation in which we display the live application on a projector, and show your employees how to use it.

Along the way we will cover dos and don'ts. We will drive home a few important concepts, to assure that new users know what to do if the application "complains" while they are first using it.

Additionally, we can produce written tests to assure that the main concepts and important points of the training were well received.

A Little Help - - -
However, you can save money if you provide us with an employee that can spend some time assisting with the development of the training materials that you wish to present. We can act as the expert in how the application works, and let your person do most of the actual write-up, freeing us to do other things.

The same is true of any documentation that you wish to have going forward. We can develop that, or you can provide assistance and we can guide the development of the documentation, at a cost savings to you.

How much training we provide is totally up to you, but we often produce a users manual in full color, with a lot of screen captures.
