Nothing is worse than the total frustration of trying to learn a new computer program, and feeling helplessly lost! If you want the users of your new application to have a bad experience, just throw them in to sink or swim. That'll cause some grumbling at the water cooler!

We do NOT recommend doing this to your users. After all, they have work to do and they don't need the aggravation of wasting time trying to learn a new application on their own.

We Can Help- - -
We can provide training documents that can be used in a training environment to teach your uses how to use the new application. How much training we provide is totally up to you, but we typically produce a users manual in full color, with a lot of screen captures.
