User ID and Date/Time stamp on edited records (Last Edited).

Color coded text entry fields, distinguishing those that can be edited, from those that cannot be edited (auto-entered by the application).

Various ways to find the records that you want to view or edit, built into the menu, right from the start.

Screens that fit on your monitor. No scrolling up and down, or back and forth to see the entire screen.

User selectable (one click) multiple sub-screens for each main screen, allowing you to see all of the details quickly.

Shortcuts to jump from screen-to-screen, wherever it makes sense.

Pop-up windows that allow you to select criteria with a simple mouse click, versus typing it in by hand.

All of the queries and/or reports that you want, built right into the menus.

The ability to export any query in the application to Excel, from the menu. No need to figure it out yourself.

The ability to export any report in the application to *.PDF format, from the menu.

And, if you want, we can track user log-ins to create a history of who logged in when, and when they logged back out, and how long they were logged in. This is provided only upon management request.
